Stony Point Fashion Park

Dillard's

Stony Point Fashion Park is an upscale outdoor mall in Richmond, Virginia that opened in 2003. It is owned and managed by Taubman Centers, the owners and managers of nearby Regency Square. Anchors include Dillard's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Dick's Sporting Goods (originally Galyan's Sporting Goods)

Following a disagreement with Forest City Enterprises on a possible mall development project, Short Pump Town Center was developed as a direct competitor and opened within weeks of Stony Point Fashion Park's opening. The opening day for Stony Point Fashion Park was the same day as the arrival of Hurricane Isabel to Richmond.
