Short Pump Town Center is a two-level, open-air mall, located along Broad Street (US 250) at the crossroads of Interstate 64, I-295 and Route 288 in western Henrico County, Va. near Richmond. The mall opened on September 17, 2003 and has over 200 stores. Short Pump Town Center is owned and operated by Forest City Enterprises. Anchor stores are Dick's Sporting Goods, Dillard's, Macy's, and Nordstrom.
