It's location in the heart of southwest Connecticut's affluent Fairfield County, and its proximity to New York's Westchester County, position Danbury Fair Mall at the center of one of the wealthiest areas in the country.

From its highly visible location at Interstate 84 and Route 7 - with a daily traffic count exceeding 122,000 vehicles- the super-regional mall is easily accessible to a trade area of 486,000 people in 175,000 households. Known for its abundance of sprawling estate homes, this market delivers an average household income of $112,000.
